WHERE WE STARTED

Unbeknown to our founders, Lancaster and Harding, 25 combined years of working in construction and property, occasionally crossing paths along the way, would eventually lead to the formation of a solid partnership and successful business. That business is now one of the most refreshing and progressive main contracting firms in the UK. LANHAR Construction LIMITED was formed in 2023 for the simple purpose of providing a high quality and professional service that is honest and reliable time and time again.

Born into a world of rapid change, put simply, LANHAR was built to make a difference. Being backed by the next generation of leaders, means we thrive in adaptability and innovation, embracing change for a sustainable future. To us, finding a new way isn’t reinventing the wheel, its improving the way it turns. We are bold, ambitious, and want to make a lasting difference through the way we build and what we build. We encourage our clients and partners embrace the same mantra.

Daniel Harding
Director

Daniel has worked in the UK construction industry since the ripe old age of 16. Having followed the path of his father, grandfather and great grandfather, he started out his career as an apprentice carpenter. For the past 10 years, Daniel has worked for some of the world’s largest engineering and construction consultancies in the world.

Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Project Management and is also a Chartered Surveyor with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching rugby and is a keen rambler.

Coming from a main contracting background, Dean has worked with some of the largest main contracting outfits in the UK. Dean brings a wealth of knowledge in commercial management, procurement and construction technology.

Dean has a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and is a Chartered Surveyor with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending time with his young family, playing football and is an advocate for new technologies.
